When I'm not working on private projects, I'm working my money-job, or watching SCRUBS on DVD (which is the best thing to enter my life this month).

Oh my god. I can't believe how viciously austinisters can get attacked by readers. I mean fuck. Of course, I refer to the drunk story. Yeah, it was passable, solidly. But I don't think you were going for the Pulitzer. The comments and replies, however, are pure ART.
Yeah, that story... I almost forgot about the commenters going apeshit on me. There were more up there, before. Apparently the commenters have gone back and deleted some of their opinions. Meh. Looking back on it, I reacted REALLY poor to the whole thing.
The editor's advice to me on the issue, when I asked if there was a problem with my writing was succinct: "people are retards on the internet. Don't sweat it." Best advice I've received in years.
